West Ham fans on Twitter were buzzing after their 3-1 win against Everton at Goodison Park on Sunday, and Marko Arnautovic’s goal and performance were widely praised.
It took just 11 minutes for the Hammers to take the lead against a lacklustre Everton side, as Arnautovic broke the offside trap and squared to the new man Andriy Yarmolenko, who had a simple job of tucking the ball past Jordan Pickford.
Then, 20 minutes later, Hammers captain Mark Noble pounced on a poor ball from Pickford and found Yarmolenko, who cut inside onto his left-foot and curled a perfect finish beyond the Everton and England goalkeeper.
